In 2011, Peter M. King, William J. Holloway and Kristy Kelly Singler founded King | Holloway LLC. Veterans of large, nationwide law firms, the three attorneys set out to establish their own law firm, one that would be tailored to the needs of their clients – quality legal representation at reasonable rates.

Recognizing that not every client is the same, and not every lawsuit requires traditional strategies, the lawyers at King Holloway Lipinski LLC take pride in their relationships with their clients – both long-established clients and those new to the firm. While the firm generally charges hourly rates for the work performed, the attorneys are free to work with those clients that require a break from the traditional hourly formula.
